Executive Assist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role is diverse, covering HR, administrative tasks, account management, and personal assistance. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

HR Tasks (30%)

  • Administrative support for HR processes.
  • Managing access to work tools and tracking employees’ working hours.
  • Handling internal documentation and liaising with the team on HR matters.

Account Management (30%)

  • Preparing reports and maintaining internal records.
  • Monitoring the accuracy of recorded work hours and processed payments.
  • Coordinating communication between teams and clients.

Administrative Support (20%)

  • Organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming requests.
  • Sending reminders about key tasks and deadlines.

Personal Assistance (20%)

  • Assisting with both business and personal matters.
  • Supporting travel arrangements, event planning, and other tasks.


Requirements:

  • Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in administrative, HR, or client support roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and independently.
  • Residency in Spain is a plus
