Additionally, our browser simplifies access to essential features, providing a more seamless experience for users navigating OnlyFans and other platforms. Importantly, we are not involved in the creation, distribution, or management of any content.

    Ми шукаємо досвідченого Support Manager-a, який буде відігравати ключову роль у спілкуванні з нашими клієнтами.

     

    Якщо, ти маєш:

    • Досвід роботи Support Manager не менше 1 року, з англомовними клієнтами;
    • Раніше працював з продуктом OnlyMonster чи маєш досвід з OnlyFans;
    • Впевнене володіння англійською мовою як у письмовій, так і в усній формах;
    • Відмінні комунікативні навички та вміння працювати в команді;
    • Самостійність, відповідальність та вміння чітко планувати свій час.

     

    Твої задачі:

    • Робота full-time. Усього 5 змін на тиждень:
      1 подвійна зміна – субота 17:00-01:00 + неділя 01:00-09:00

      (3 нічні зміни – понеділок, вівторок, середа);

    • Визначати та записувати найчастіші питання, писати швидкі відповіді по ним;
    • Оновлювати мануал з користування продуктом;
    • Додатково проводити навчання customers.

Our platform helps businesses efficiently manage large numbers of accounts and teams, offering powerful tools for operational optimization and revenue growth.
    We launched nearly two years ago and have grown to over 15,000 users and 800+ paying businesses.


    We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department and grow with us!


    What we’re looking for:

    • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
    • Willingness to travel to attend industry events (conferences and forums).
    • Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven.
    • Multilingual: English and French (for conference communication).

       

    Your responsibilities:

    • Manage qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
    • Explore and develop new lead generation channels.
    • Engage with potential clients through meetings, consultations, and customer support.
    • Attend industry meetups and international conferences to expand the client base and drive business growth.
    • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track sales interactions.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and optimize results.
