We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who will help manage tasks, ensure a smooth workflow, and become the CEO’s right-hand person in business operations.

Responsibilities:
• Organizing meetings, scheduling, and handling communication for the CEO
• Managing administrative and personal tasks
• Monitoring task completion and coordinating work with the team
• Conducting analytics, researching information, and preparing reports
• Handling documents, contracts, and business correspondence
• Finding quick solutions in non-standard situations
What We Expect from the Candidate:
✅ 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Business Assistant
✅ Fluent English (C1+) — working with international partners
✅ High level of self-organization and responsibility
✅ Flexibility
✅ Interest in technology, AI, business, and IT
✅ Readiness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
