Affiliate Manager

MokumAds is looking for an affiliate Manager! 

MokumAds is a performance marketing network focussed on sweepstakes and leadgen. We are a small, but fast growing network as we approach year 5 of operation. We are a United States based company, but the team is fully international with founding roots in Amsterdam. As a team combined, we have over 30+ years experience in the industry. MokumAds is looking for an affiliate manager with their own unique experience in affiliate marketing to be a part of our team. The main task would be to bring in new affiliates into our network to help further growth. 

Responsibilities: 
- Aid in bringing new affiliate contacts 
- Assist in a variety of campaign management operations to drive the growth of MokumAds 
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and learn how to interpret and manage data 
- Assist in setting up + optimizing offers in the affiliate marketing platform. 
- Support publisher managers in their day to day contact with their partners. 
- Support the company’s marketing efforts (trade shows, advertising) - Available outside office hours and weekends 

Requirements: 
- Experience in performance marketing, preferably at least a year 
- Sales focused attitude 
- Extremely flexible 
- Passion for digital marketing 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Proficient with Excel/Numbers and Google Sheets 
- An accountable team member who stays organized, maintains a strong sense of ownership, and can execute numerous tasks simultaneously - Solution oriented individual with the ability to anticipate needs for the team and organization - A team player who is hungry to learn, provide value, and pitch in wherever necessary
