We’re excited to launch a brand-new iGaming Affiliate Network – and we’re looking for a hands-on, experienced leader to build it from the ground up!

If you live and breathe affiliate marketing, know the iGaming world inside out, and have what it takes to create something from scratch, this one’s for you.

💥 What You'll Do:

🔹 Set up the entire operation – systems, strategy, partnerships, and processes

🔹 Recruit top-tier advertisers and affiliates, manage deals & negotiations

🔹 Define the future structure and daily flow of the network

🔹 Monitor KPIs, optimize deals, and spot new growth opportunities

🔹 Lead the network to profitability and scale within 4 months

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in iGaming affiliate networks or large-scale affiliate operations

✔ In-depth knowledge of CPA/CRG models & traffic sources

✔ Strong negotiation skills + existing industry contacts

✔ Organized, independent, and execution-focused

✔ Fluent in English – other languages are a big plus!
