Junior HR Specialist

Our main product is sports and esports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 45k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 50+ million viewers in 150+ countries.
We have our own engineering team supporting the business with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high-load analytical systems, video streaming tools, and a product store for our partners.
We are looking for an HR Administrative to support our Human Resources department.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your tasks as HR Specialist:
- Participation in the process of pre-onboarding\onboarding and offboarding;
- Administration of internal databases;
- Participation in revisions of existing company policies and creation of new ones;
- Introduce various types of benefits for employees and maintain contact with external partners, such as insurance companies, etc.;
- Advise employees on HR issues;
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant information about employees and the legal department in their requests;
- Communication with the legal department and employees regarding re-signing, and updating contracts;
- Collection of electronic digital signatures for individual entrepreneurs;
- Signing coworking agreements;
- Organize business trips for employees and prepare the relevant documents for this (air tickets, hotels, visas);
- Participation in HR projects and initiatives.
Essential professional experience:
- Proven work experience in an HR Administrative or relevant role of 6 months or more.
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
- Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level.
