Job Description

We are seeking a WordPress Developer with a strong focus on front-end development to join our team. This role requires expertise in WordPress development, pixel-perfect UI implementation, and modern CSS styling (preferably Tailwind CSS).

While WordPress expertise is mandatory, having React experience is a plus but not required. A good eye for design, solid CSS skills, and attention to detail are essential. Basic PHP knowledge for WordPress customization is also beneficial.

Additionally, experience leveraging AI-powered tools like Cursor AI for development efficiency is a great asset. If you enjoy creating high-quality, well-optimized WordPress websites with a strong design focus, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress websites, including themes and plugins

• Implement pixel-perfect designs based on provided mockups

• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO

• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code

• Use CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS to build modern interfaces

• Work closely with designers to enhance UI/UX quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues

• Stay updated with WordPress best practices and security updates

• Utilize AI tools like Cursor AI to improve development workflows

• Integrate third-party APIs and services when necessary

Requirements

• Proven expertise in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, optimizations)

• Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Pixel-perfect design implementation with attention to detail

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks

• Basic knowledge of PHP for WordPress customization

• Familiarity with WordPress security and performance best practices

• Experience using Git for version control

• Minimum A2 English level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React for front-end development (not required but a plus)

• Knowledge of WooCommerce and other WordPress-based eCommerce solutions

• Familiarity with WordPress headless CMS approaches (e.g., WPGraphQL)

• Experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor AI

• Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG, AODA)

• Experience optimizing websites for speed and SEO
