Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Buyer with experience in in-app ad networks. In this role, you will manage user acquisition campaigns, optimize ad performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks (such as Applovin, Ironsource, Moloco, Unity, ASA etc.);
- Regular communication with ads networks client success managers to get advice on ads networks optimisation;.
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV;
- Analyze results and manage marketing budgets;
- Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, generate a hypothesis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the performance marketing;
- Proven experience of work with at least one of these ad networks: Applovin, Ironsource, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral;
- MMP (Adjust and Appsflyer);
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
- Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions;
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI etc);
- Ability to learn from mistakes and keep on experimenting despite the failures;
- Experience with TikTok, Facebook and Google will be a plus;
- English level: at least intermediate+.
