We are looking for an open, proactive, and persuasive Trainee Negotiations Manager to join our team! If you enjoy negotiations, solving challenges, and finding creative ways to secure the best deals, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong communicator who enjoys negotiating and problem-solving.
• Someone who is not afraid of rejection and can find new ways to get results.
• A multitasker who can juggle different tasks and prioritize effectively.
• An active and open-minded person who can build relationships with services.
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Negotiating discounts with service providers on behalf of our clients.
• Solving client issues related to services, including answering questions about special pricing offers.
• Handling refusals and objections, finding alternative approaches to secure better deals.
• Applying clients to credit programs with services like AWS, Microsoft, MongoDB, and others to help them save money.
• Managing multiple tasks at once, staying organized while working with different services and clients.

• Filling out documents and maintaining statistics, ensuring all processes are well-documented.
