What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Building and developing long-term partnerships
🔹 Attracting new partners and scaling the affiliate network
🔹 Working with CPL/CRG/CPA advertising models
🔹 Optimizing traffic and improving ad campaign performance
🔹 Communicating with clients and tailoring strategies to their needs

Required Experience:

🔹 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing / bizdev / brand management
🔹 B2B sales and negotiation skills
🔹 Understanding of traffic monetization models and advertising strategies
🔹 English proficiency (B1 or higher)
🔹 Experience in analytics and ad campaign optimization
