PPC Manager
Titan is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking talented individuals with a flair for providing strategy around PPC campaigns for our client portfolio.
You will have expert knowledge of Amazon PPC and be used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment while using a strong analytical approach.
This position manages the fulfilment of Amazon PPC ads purchased by customers of the business and is responsible for ensuring that all of the PPC campaigns are making profit for the client portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining PPC strategies for the clients based on their goals
- Crafting strategy necessary to hit the PPC goals for the client on a yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly basis
- Creating the plan of action and implementing the strategies developed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction on both the service provided and overall experience to ensure continued fulfilment of our PPC services
- Developing solutions to overcome problems that hinder the PPC accounts
- Accurately tracking project delivery, cost and conversion
- Conducting research on developments/industry trends
- Following thought-leaders and researching relevant strategies to improve and innovate our current PPC strategy
- Contribute to the growth of team members in the division
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge of Amazon PPC
- A clear understanding of the PPC services offered, challenges and potential of each service
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to define KPIs, track analytics, and process data in the PPC accounts
- Deadline driven with a results-focused nature
- Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising requirements and general Amazon strategies
- Ability to plan and execute strategies that align with the accounts goals and objectives
- A methodical approach at tracking data (reporting)
- An effective communicator with critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- A service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Excel, Google Office, Loom, Helium10, Mufasa, Samurai Seller
Essential Qualifications:
- Location: This role is open to candidates globally. However, for time zone alignment and collaboration efficiency, we have a preference for candidates based in Europe (e.g., Slovenia, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, UK, Germany, France, etc.). Exceptional candidates from other regions are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years managing Amazon PPC campaigns (DSP experience is a plus)
- Platforms: Must have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Budget Management: Proven track record of managing at least $20K/month in ad spend
- Strong English Communication: Able to write ad copies, communicate insights to clients/team, and present data-driven decisions
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (brand managers, creative, analytics)
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but Not Required):
- Experience managing DSP campaigns
- Background in performance marketing beyond Amazon (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with international marketplaces (EU, UK, US, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets automation (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis)
- Ability to train junior PPC team members
Hours- 40 per week. This role is fully remote with flexibility required.
