Upwork Lead Generation Specialist

We are a design agency specializing in UX/UI and Brand design, and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us attract new clients on Upwork✨

✅ Your responsibilities: 

• Identifying relevant job posts and potential clients on Upwork
• Writing structured and customized proposals that resonate with potential clients
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system with lead information and outreach progress
• Writing personalized bids, optimizing profiles, setting up automation tools, and refining bidding strategies
• Refining outreach strategies for improved conversion
• Transferring potential clients to Sales Managers

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar Upwork lead generation role, preferably in the UX/UI design or creative industry
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) - strong writing skills are essential
• Understanding of UX/UI design - will be a plus
• Experience with GigRadar or Getmany - will be a plus
