As we expand, we seek a Data Researcher to support our Lead Generation team with high-quality, targeted prospect data.

Role Overview

The Data Researcher will be responsible for identifying, collecting, verifying, and enriching data for lead generation efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with various data research tools. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, understands the IT industry, and can generate accurate, actionable prospect lists for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads, accounts, and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other sources.
• Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date lead lists, ensuring data integrity.
• Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, job title, and other relevant criteria.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and others to gather prospect information.
• Verify and enrich lead data by cross-checking sources and updating CRM records.
• Support outbound campaigns by providing targeted prospect lists to SDRs and marketing teams.
• Track and analyze lead quality and effectiveness of data research strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new lead generation tools.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role in an IT services or SaaS company.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and similar data research tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and IT industry trends.
• Strong communication skills in English (B1+ level or higher).

Nice to Have

• Experience in automation tools like Phantombuster, Clay, or other scraping/enrichment tools.
• Previous experience working with AI-driven lead generation tools.
