Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a 🚀 Sales Development Representative 🚀who will drive the creation of a pipeline of deals and qualified leads/prospects for the business. He/she will execute outbound ‘hunting’ in accordance with the defined ICP and target account lists.

 

Responsibilities:
• Develop a pipeline of new leads/prospects/deals by executing outbound prospecting on a daily basis (utilizing research, target account lists, and the ICP)
• Use email, calls, and social platforms to identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective clients in the USA and Western Europe in alignment with sales goals
• Achieve outbound target goals, as set by sales leadership
• Understand the audience and identify new channels for outbound new business development, develop them to maximize the pipeline of new deals
• Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and online communities to establish and strengthen professional connections. Leverage these connections to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

 

Requirements: 
• You are not afraid of making a video call with a senior tech decision-maker
• You know what social selling is and have been practicing it for a while
• You know how to send a good cold email, and then another one, and what to do if both don’t get responded
• 3+ years of previous experience in sales development/sales/business development in B2B, preferably tech/IT/SaaS with long sales cycles
• Proven track record of running successful outbound campaigns that result in the creation of new business and closing deals
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io/Apollo or similar, and additional tools like Seamless.io/Hunter.io or similar
• Excellent ability to build rapport with prospects and a solid understanding of B2B IT service buying lifecycle
