Sales Manager (Staff Augmentation) to $3000

Core Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at DOIT Software, you will oversee our entire sales cycle, covering lead generation, outreach, sales development, closing sales, and account management. You will report directly to the CEO. To be successful in this role, you must have expertise in IT sales and a proactive business mindset.

 

Serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point, you will:

  • Cover the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
  • Supervise the lead generation team to implement effective outbound strategies.
  • Process and respond to incoming requests from potential clients in a timely manner.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our services (establish the scope, needs, pains, budget, deadline, decision-maker & process, key terms & expectations).
  • Manage candidates’ presentations to clients (send CVs, facilitate interviewing process with the client).
  • Close deals and coordinate contract signing with new clients.
  • Continue working with your closed clients to uncover new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell their existing projects.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to improving inbound and outbound lead generation and account management processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing/Staffing industry.
  • Advanced English (C1 level), preferably.
  • Flexibility to conduct calls with clients or answer urgent emails after 21:00 Kyiv time (when there is a need).
  • Understanding of the IT industry, including main clients’ pains and needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and business writing skills.
  • Customer service and client success-oriented.
  • Focused on exceeding expectations by providing value at every stage of communication, either with clients or with the team.
  • Excellent prioritization and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts (leads or customers) simultaneously.

  1. Screening interview with Recruitment Manager (1hr).
  2. Test task.
  3. Interview with Sales Lead (1hr).
  4. Interview with CEO and Operations Manager (30min).
