COO (relocate to South Africa)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. This role requires relocation to South Africa and a strong background in finance, loans, and operational leadership. The COO will oversee the company’s daily operations, drive financial growth, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and financial performance.
• Lead financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Manage lending operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Work closely with the CEO and other executives to shape the company’s vision and strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in an executive leadership role, preferably within finance or loan industries.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, lending operations, and risk management.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate as required for the role.
