Recruiter (USA) to $1500

This is a full-time remote job.

 

Key responsibilities:
● Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media).
● Screening and interviewing candidates.
● Coordinating and leading hiring processes from outreach to offer stage.
● Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
● Representing the company at job fairs and events.
● Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
● Handle candidate negotiation and closing.
● Provide weekly updates on open positions.
● Maintain a candidate pool for future roles.
● Promote the company’s employer brand.
Who we are looking for:
● Experience: at least 2 years in recruitment, preferably in automotive, sales or management positions.
● Skills: excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Personal qualities: high emotional intelligence, attention to detail and ability to build trusting relationships.
● Languages: fluent in English (C1+).
