Middle Account Manager (Dating, sweepstakes)

Hi, I’m Alex, Head of Network C3PA at PAXLE — an international group of ADTech companies. We work in Performance Marketing with dating, sweepstakes, and gambling.

I’m actively seeking a talented Account Manager (Dating, sweepstakes) to join our C3PA team + our Media Buying team. The ideal candidate should be able to work under deadlines and manage time effectively, take initiative and respond with enthusiasm to new tasks, be open to new experiences, and continuously improve their skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager/Affiliate manager/BDM in the affiliate marketing industry. 
  • 1+ year of experience working on dating/sweepstakes projects.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV). Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing
  • Strong awareness of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers.
  • Exceptional self-management skills with a structured and systematic approach to work. 
  • A growth mindset, ambition, and a constant drive for improvement.
  • Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).

 

Responsibility:

  • Advertiser relationship management: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, finding new partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
  • Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.
  • Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.
