We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and supporting employees in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and other network services.
• Handle email accounts, user access, and permissions across platforms like Google Workspace.
• Monitor and maintain IT security, including antivirus software, firewall configurations, and access controls.
• Support video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and troubleshoot meeting room equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage hardware/software procurement.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and licensing management.
• Provide basic IT training to employees on tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT support and services as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud services (Apple Business Cloud, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco).
• A creative approach to solving complex IT challenges.
