PR manager (Brazil Market Specialist) Offline

We are seeking a PR/Event/Influencer Manager with deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and culture to help us connect with local communities, influencers, and media outlets for our new project https://evetm.com

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and partner with local professionals for various tasks and projects.
2. Organize and manage events tailored to the Brazilian audience.
3. Oversee translations and proofreading to ensure linguistic accuracy on our website.
4. Develop and propose event strategies based on market trends and cultural insights.
5. Research and hire professionals to gather market intelligence, including monitoring local social networks, forums, and influencer trends.
6. Identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers, and local media personalities.
7. Recruit local professionals for TikTok/Reels video production.
8. Source and manage contractors for offline marketing initiatives such as graffiti artists, slogan placements on public transport, and banner advertisements.
9. Negotiate with local vendors to execute PR campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in influencer marketing/event management/ PR.
2. Deep understanding of the Brazilian market, culture, and social media landscape.
3. Strong network of local influencers, artists, and content creators.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
6. Experience in brand development through social media. 
7. Proficient in numbers, metrics, and analytics.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
