Middle ML/AI Engineer

We are looking for a Middle AI Engineer to join our team full-time on a challenging project. This role is perfect for someone passionate about AI who wants to drive real impact by applying AI to unify data streams, develop autonomous AI-driven solutions for our products, including cross-teams collaboration to address their AI-related activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with LLMs and NLP. Understanding of transformers.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development.
• Experience in building AI agents, LangGraph, LangChain.
• RAG & vector databases experience.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.

Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs.
• Essential MLops setup, enabling seamless model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Cooperate with product teams for the integrations and deployments.
• Advocate product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions efficiently.
• Work extensively with our product Gepard, ensuring high-performance AI. implementation.
• Contribute to internal AI training (AI lab) and stay ahead of the latest AI trends.

Will be a plus:

• PHP knowledge.
• Microservices experience.
• Fluent English.
