HR Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven HR manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This position demands a solid understanding of HR practices, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Contribute to creating and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent;
- Source and assess candidates through multiple channels;
- Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews;
- Engage in the interview process and provide feedback;
Oversee the onboarding experience, including new hire orientation, paperwork processing, and employee benefits enrollment. Support new team members throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring they feel welcomed from day one, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, etc.
Employee Relations:
- Ensure every team member receives the necessary support to excel in their role and achieve outstanding results;
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and work-life balance. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the team, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity;
Offer guidance and support to managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development. Provide insights, suggestions, and strategies on how to motivate and manage staff. Assist managers in achieving optimal results while ensuring team satisfaction and collaboration.
Documents Workflow/Benefits Administration:
- Manage essential employee documentation and collaborate with accounting and legal teams to process it;
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other voluntary benefits.
Training & Development/Events Management:
- Organize and manage various internal events that promote team bonding, celebrate successes, and mark milestones;
- Support the design and execution of employee training programs. Identify and facilitate opportunities for employee growth and development;
- Perform other duties as required.
What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Manager / Recruiter roles.
- Strong skills in recruitment and managing HR processes.
- Experience in corporate culture development, organizing events, and team building.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
English B2+ is a must.
