Head of Learning and Development
We are building an adaptive Learning & Development (L&D) system that directly impacts business performance. For us, training is a strategic tool for achieving business goals-not just a process. That’s why we are looking for a Head of L&D who will develop a results-driven strategy, guide Business Units in selecting the most relevant learning solutions, and ensure the implementation of cutting-edge training methodologies.
Our goal is not just to organize learning programs but to make sure they truly address business needs and drive efficiency across our organization.
Key Objectives:
- Develop a flexible L&D system where Business Units independently choose educational programs aligned with their goals and also dedicated to professional growth and industry trends (conferences, meetups, etc.).
- Implement mandatory training for key roles and levels within the company to enhance overall employee effectiveness.
- Keep L&D at the forefront of 2025 trends-monitor global industry shifts, rapidly adapt learning programs, and ensure BUs remain competitive.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in L&D in fast-growing companies or ecosystems.
- Ability to adapt L&D solutions to the business goals of different business units.
- Performance-oriented approach-learnings a tool for business growth.
- Analytical approach-ability to work with KPIs, assess the effectiveness of learning.
- Knowledge of LMS and learning automation tools (Confluence, Wiki, others).
- Practical experience in change management—development of action plans for business changes.
- Experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies.
- English proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus:

Responsibilities:
1. Developing a Service-Oriented and Adaptive L&D Approach
- Establish L&D as a business-driven function that addresses real challenges rather than fulfilling formalities.
- Adapt training programs flexibly to the unique needs of different business units (BUs).
- Collaborate with top management, HRBPs, and C-level executives to design strategically significant L&D solutions.
2. Implementing and Managing an Effective Training System
- Develop a flexible training framework that enables BUs to independently select relevant programs aligned with their business objectives.
- Launch performance-oriented training initiatives with a structured approach:
- 85% focused on achieving business goals (KPIs).
- 15% dedicated to self-development and industry trends (e.g., conferences, meetups).
3. Introducing Mandatory Training for Key Roles
- Implement required training programs based on competency assessments to enhance workforce capabilities.
4. Automating and Optimizing L&D Processes
- Deploy, configure, and maintain the LMS platform (Confluence) to enhance learning efficiency.
- Integrate training seamlessly into employees' daily workflows.
- Establish a robust and user-friendly reporting system for BUs and Boosta Core, ensuring instant access to real-time data.
- Analyze key metrics to assess training effectiveness, including ROI, KPIs, and overall business impact.
5. Driving Change Management and Corporate Culture Development
- Support business transformations through innovative educational solutions.
- Develop upskilling and reskilling programs to ensure the team is prepared for future challenges.
- Monitor global L&D trends and integrate best practices into BU training programs.
