Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to own and grow the company’s social presence across core platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube, as well as selected secondary channels. The ideal candidate can manage the full social media lifecycle — planning, producing, publishing, and analyzing content — and translate brand strategy into a consistent pipeline of high-quality posts and short-form video content that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own a quarterly/monthly posting plan; translate campaigns and product releases into content series.
- Produce assets: edit short-form and long-form videos (CapCut), create visuals (Canva), write captions, hooks, CTAs, thumbnails.
- Channel ops: schedule, post, moderate comments/DMs, manage hashtags/tags, community engagement.
- Platform ownership.
- Campaign execution: contests, UGC, influencer/partner cross-posts, event live coverage.
- Analytics & reporting: GA4/UTM basics, native platform analytics; weekly learnings and monthly KPI reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, PR, and product for assets, approvals, and messaging consistency.
- Maintain brand voice; ensure compliance with platform rules and industry guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B social.
- Proven content calendar ownership and channel growth.
- Strong video editing (CapCut) and graphic skills (Canva).
- Solid copywriting in English; crisp hooks/CTAs.
- Working knowledge of GA4, UTM tagging, and platform analytics.
Comfortable coordinating with designers/devs; reliable stakeholder comms.

- Media buying experience (LinkedIn Ads/Meta), basic SEO familiarity, live-streaming, influencer outreach, notion/jira/asana for workflow.
