π As a Senior IT Recruiter you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best talents all over the world and connecting them with our company.

β Requirements:
βοΈ Over 3 years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
βοΈ Strong research skills via social media platforms (Linkedin, GitHub, Behance)
βοΈ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (positive mindset, personal maturity, etc.)
βοΈ Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
βοΈ Successful experience of closing technical vacancies.
βοΈ Successful experience of closing management & design vacancies.
βοΈ English language proficiency at level C1 or higher.
β Responsibilities:
βοΈ Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy; including initial assessments, interviews, offers.
βοΈ Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities
βοΈ Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position
βοΈ Building long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers based on WIN-WIN approach.
βοΈ Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from HM and candidates
βοΈ Participation in recruitment planning and project growth.
