Pitch Avatar is a B2B SaaS product that helps businesses automate communications and improve customer engagement. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective email strategy to attract, convert, and retain customers.

What will you need to do?
Develop email campaigns and automated flows to attract and retain users
Create personalized mailings that increase conversion
Optimize email marketing based on analytics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate)
Conduct A/B testing of topics, content, and send time
Comply with email marketing standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Manage the technology stack (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)

Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in email marketing (B2B SaaS would be an advantage)
Experience with automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics
Copywriting skills and creating engaging content
English B2+ (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)
