Engagement Manager

To expand Wiseboard’s impact, we are looking for an Engagement Manager to drive presales activities, client partnerships, and contribute to service development.
Main goal for this role:
- To orchestrate the presales and engagement process, ensuring that every client gets a tailored high-value transformation roadmap and the right advisor to drive business growth.

Areas and responsibilities:
Presales & Engagement Management
- Bulid Pre-sale framework and processes
- Lead qualification calls with potential clients, analyzing their business context and transformation needs.
- Build client profiles and outline transformation roadmaps with key areas for advisor, vendor, or expert involvement.
- Select and onboard the right advisors for each case, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate intro meetings between clients and advisors, ensuring structured discussions.
- Prepare and refine proposal structures, incorporating advisor briefs and recommendations.
- Oversee the design and finalization of proposals, collaborating with designers and advisors.
- Coordinate proposal presentations and follow-up calls to address clarifications.
- Manage the handover process, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
- Contribute to the Engagement process development
Client Partnership & Account Growth
- Maintain regular check-ins with founders and key stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration between clients and advisors, ensuring engagement success.
- Work with C-level executives to uncover expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the Client Partnership process development
Additional Impact Areas
Beyond core responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape Wiseboard’s ecosystem, contributing to service development and digitization of advisory processes.
- Contribute to building service frameworks, improving Wiseboard’s service catalog and offerings.
- Participate in the digitization of advisory processes, helping refine and scale Wiseboard’s ecosystem.
