We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven professional to lead our content and product marketing initiatives—someone who can build a robust content engine and drive our marketing funnel to new heights. Due to constant and successful product growth, we are looking to widen the range of channels we work with, acquire new methods of working with content and scale already existing organic channel. We need a proactive and experienced person to create a long-term content strategy, plan the necessary steps and implement it with a newly formed Content Team.

 

Responsibilities

You will be ultimately responsible for managing the product’s content marketing operation, and the overall success of content marketing initiatives.

In detail, it means:
— Designing an effective content marketing strategy, creating marketing plan and editorial calendars to meet the business objectives, facilitating ongoing content planning, managing day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, and reporting on the results of each content marketing initiative
— Forming and managing Content Team by hiring on freelancers or full-time employees (if necessary) and creating an effective team workflow and implementation of ongoing improvements into work process
— Being accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention

 

What You’ll Do

Content Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop & Execute Content Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with our short-, medium-, and long-term marketing goals.
  • Oversee Content Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end content processes—from ideation, creation, and distribution to promotion, measurement, and refinement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will lead and collaborate with  PR, marketing, SEO, product, design, and customer relations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content across all channels (social media, podcasts, UX copy, ad copy, etc.).
  • Market & Audience Insights: Deep dive into customer and competitive insights to identify content themes, fill content gaps, and build assets that drive engagement and key behavioral metrics.
  • Quality & Innovation: Establish quality control processes and encourage the exploration of new content formats and channels to stay ahead in the B2B space.

Funnel Optimization

  • Top of the Funnel Ownership: Oversee the marketing funnel till “Interested” stage using analytics tools such as Nethunt, Power BI, Google Analytics, and run AB tests to identify and strengthen weak areas.
  • Website & Conversion Optimization: Drive improvements in website performance (Visitor-to-MQL/SQL conversion rates) and aim for significant growth in organic traffic (+25% minimum increase).
  • Sales Pipeline Efficiency: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion stages (e.g., Stage Emailing to Stage Interested, Interested to Trial) and secure strategies for demo acquisition and recovering lost prospects.
  • High-Value Lead Generation: Innovate methods to drive high-value leads via content-driven campaigns.

  • Strategic & Analytical: You possess a strategic mindset and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term objectives. You’re comfortable leveraging data to inform your decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • SEO & Marketing Savvy: You have hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console. You know how to integrate these insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Ad Tech Aficionado: You either have a working knowledge of the ad tech industry or a keen interest and aptitude to quickly learn complex tech processes.
  • Detail-Oriented & Creative: You exhibit extra attention to detail and a nerdy curiosity to dive deep into market trends and content performance, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
  • Collaborative Leader: You excel in leading cross-functional teams, managing processes, and delegating tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality output from diverse stakeholders.
