Lead SDR (located in EU)

Stape is a SaaS for server-side data tracking setup (including server GTM hosting, custom apps/plugins/solutions). We are looking for a Lead SDR to join our team and help improve the efficiency of our sales efforts. 

πŸ€“Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Managing the SDR/Sales team
  • Experience in product IT companies
  • Ability to deploy and support a multi-channel outbound infrastructure
  • Proven track record of results
  • Proficiency with all channels: LinkedIn, Email, Calls
  • Advanced English level

     

✍️Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the outbound prospecting efforts by identifying and engaging with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  • Develop and refine messaging strategies to capture the interest of key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Track and analyze outreach metrics to continuously improve processes and results
