We are looking for a competent and talented Sales/Business Development Manager who will perform managerial activities to drive sales to the result!
πRequired skills
β 2+ years of sales experience in selling IT outsourcing services;
β Ability to generate Marketing Qualified Leads through UpWork;
β Experience in setting up and optimizing the GigRadar tool;
β Experience in managing several lead generation specialists and assigning tasks to them;
β Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
β Experience in direct B2B sales and selling services at C-level;
β English level Advanced/Fluent (verbal and written).
πResponsibilities
β Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed deal;
β Identify new potential opportunities through qualifying while prospecting; MQL, SAL, SQL;
β Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration of Marketing, Leadgen, and other teams to maximize revenue growth;
β Play an active role and cooperate with lead generation from Upwork
β Create proper marketing materials for the sales processes; prepare and present the company services to potential customers;
β Continuously work with ICP: fine-tuning, deepening, etc.;
β Objection handling and ability to work with rejections β 15% of βnot interestedβ leads appear in the next sales opportunities;
β Provide accurate and timely information as required to the Top Management Team;
