Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The ideal candidate should not only have strong expertise in marketing but also be confident in hosting AMA sessions and engaging with the community.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the blockchain and crypto market.
  • Research the target audience and create campaigns that effectively address their needs.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities, including both online and offline events.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate marketing functionalities into products.
  • Monitor competitors and develop positioning strategies to strengthen our market presence.
  • Manage the company’s brand and ensure all marketing materials align with corporate identity and values.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key players in the blockchain and crypto industry.
  • Confidently host AMAs and represent the company in public discussions.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and executing marketing projects for startups or tech companies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and industry stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and responsible approach to work.
