Head of Marketing to $3000

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution to manage marketing initiatives and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
  • Oversee digital and performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels, optimizing for ROI.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across social media, website, and email communications.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers, media, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine targeting and positioning.
  • Analyze key marketing metrics (ROMI, ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement) and prepare actionable reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups or educational projects.
  • Proven track record of building and leading marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer and partnership collaborations.
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising tools.
