We are looking for a 🚀 HR Business Partner 🚀 who will be a key driver in nurturing a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to foster relationships with employees, maintain HR reports, and contribute to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our team, ensuring the workplace thrives with efficiency and harmony.

 

Responsibilities:
• Transforming HR metrics, ensuring they align with business needs and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support and drive initiatives related to employee learning and development, ensuring employees have the necessary skills for business success.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Implement performance management processes, including coaching managers on performance evaluations, career development discussions, and disciplinary actions.
• Work with leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead workforce planning efforts and help structure the business in a way that aligns with its objectives.

 

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
