Social Media Marketing manager

We are looking for a creative and driven SMM Specialist to join our team and strengthen our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, an eye for engaging visuals, and the ability to drive audience growth and interaction.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and implement content plans aligned with the company’s PR strategy to maintain consistent and impactful messaging.
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating posts, stories, and reels that resonate with our audience.
• Work closely with influencers and bloggers to coordinate content creation, joint shoots, and social media integrations. Collaborate on pre-negotiated themes, pricing, and schedules, ensuring content is optimized for our channels.
• Collaborate with the design department by briefing them on static and dynamic creatives, with a strong focus on motion graphics for social media.
• Produce engaging video clips from our YouTube episodes, exhibitions, and other key events.
• Take full ownership of our Telegram channel, posting one industry news update per day and staying on top of market trends and relevant information.
• Work closely with the targeting teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
• Maintain strict reporting standards, analyzing the performance of social media content and campaigns, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
