Product Manager (Fintech)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our wallet products at CEX.IO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of user interfaces and hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency space. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our wallet solutions, ensuring a seamless, secure, and user friendly experience for our customers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in the FinTech or Crypto industry.
• Expertise in payments, on-ramp and off-ramp services, and other related sub-verticals across both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of user interfaces
• Experience with cryptocurrencies and understanding of the technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2 or equivalent).

• Knowledge of investment products

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of products for purchasing, storing, and using cryptocurrencies, overseeing the full cycle of service development while ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Enhance wallet usability, onboarding including investing services, and retention by analyzing user feedback and behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, PMs, design, marketing, legal).
• Track and analyze product metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
