Requirements:
โ proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in IT or technology;
โ in-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and advertising tools;
โ exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and platform-specific adaptability;
โ proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop;
โ familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and reporting;
โ analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights;
โ self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently;
โ familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies (preferred).
Key tasks and responsibilities:
โ develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;
โ create engaging and visually appealing content, such as posts, graphics, videos, and infographics;
โ manage and monitor social media accounts, responding professionally and promptly to comments, inquiries, and reviews;
โ conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement;
โ collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives;
โ plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget and targeting management;
โ track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms;
โ generate regular reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;
โ stay ahead of social media trends, recommending innovative strategies to enhance our online presence;
โ represent the company at industry expos and events when required.
