Project Manager (Fintech / Crypto / Remote)

We are an international fintech company based in the Czech Republic, building a modern crypto service and preparing to obtain a European license. In the near future, we need to align our operations with the regulator, implement the necessary processes, and assemble a reliable team.

We’re currently looking for an attentive and responsible Project Manager to help organize the team’s work, keep everything under control, and drive the project to completion. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in fintech and crypto—even without a technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the CASP (MiCA) licensing project (collecting, verifying, and organizing required documentation)
• Creating and updating the project plan: tasks, deadlines, responsible parties
• Coordinating internal teams (legal, IT, compliance, product) and external consultants
• Researching and coordination with external providers (for KYC, AML, fiat solutions, and custodial services)
• Leading negotiations, agreeing on terms, and signing contracts
• Coordinating technical integrations with chosen partners
• Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures
• Organizing the creation of documents: AML Policy, Onboarding Policy, Internal Controls, etc.
• Collaborating with lawyers and auditors to approve content
• Working with the product and platform (рarticipating in interface and admin panel testing, drafting feature requests,  aligning requirements with the development team)
• Supporting cybersecurity processes, pentests, and TLPT
• Coordinating QA, SecOps, and DevOps process implementation
• Ensuring compliance with DORA, MiCA, and ESMA RTS (with legal and audit support)
• Internal communication, preparing weekly project status reports, ensuring transparency and alignment between teams
• Organizing calls, work meetings, and presentations for founders and partners

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Ability to organize workflows, delegate tasks, and prioritize
• Understanding of how fintech or crypto projects work is a plus
• Good English skills (for communication with the international team and document review)
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, kindness, and the ability to handle issues calmly
  
  Bonus if you have:
• Experience in legal, compliance, or fintech teams
• Basic understanding of licenses, audits, penetration testing
• Familiarity with Agile / Jira / Confluence and basic technical pipelines (nothing too complex)
