We are looking for a Middle Project Manager. In this role, you will lead digital marketing projects for our clients, managing deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, and always focusing on client satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact.

 

Here’s what you need:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing digital marketing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of PMI project management standards, processes, and deliverables.
  • Experience using Asana, Jira, Google Docs/Sheets and Slack.
  • Hands-on experience working with Google Analytics and interpreting marketing performance data.
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and update project plans, risk registers, communications plans, and other standard PMI artifacts.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects that include SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

In this role, you will:

  • Manage 5+ parallel projects with at least 2 separate clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, keep projects on track, and balance priorities.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, consistently assessing client needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving LTV growth.
  • Identify issues/risks early and act quickly to resolve them.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, client updates and presentations.
  • (Optional) Support cross sell by recommending service expansions based on client needs.
