Product Manager

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will oversee the integration and optimization of smart systems provided by our partners into a single, user-friendly mobile application for clients working in the hub. This app will serve as a central platform for managing all aspects of their workspace experience, including:

Space Management System: Handles bookings, memberships, and workspace operations.
Access Control System: Ensures secure and seamless access for authorized users.
Environment Control System: Manages temperature, humidity, and air quality for optimal comfort.
Smart Lighting System: Provides adaptive lighting control to enhance user experience.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring these systems are seamlessly integrated into the mobile app, creating a smooth and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead the integration of all partner-provided systems into a unified mobile application.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for app functionality and enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to improve user experience.
• Maintain clear documentation and training materials for internal teams and users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management and  IOT projects more than 2 years;
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken);
• Understanding of Web3 and blockchain is a plus;
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
