Lead Generation Manager

Requirements:

•⠀At least 2 year of experience in IT sales (outsourcing) as a lead generation specialist

  • Strong research skills [Practising different techniques on LinkedIn, UpWork, etc.]
  • Experience in managing the full search cycle
  • Ability to handle sales objections, listen and answer carefully, ask key questions to determine clients’ needs, knowledge of business communication etiquette
  • Ambition for undertaking challenges, self-motivation, result-driven approach, positive and professional attitude
  • Understanding of software development processes, basics of marketing, SEO, proficiency in Google cloud products
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

 

Will be plus:

  • Interest in web design and development
  • Participation in calls with the clients

•⠀Source leads through a variety of search tools

  • Manage the entire search cycle
  • Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns
  • Update and maintain the Lead database
  • Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Identification of negative aspects of quality to improve sales process
  • Analyze sales data and provide reports to management
