Head of Affiliates Africa

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the iGaming industry, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

 

What you need to do:

  • Analyze and restructure an existing division;
  • Audit and optimize the partner base;
  • Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy;
  • Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) according to the new strategy;
  • Monitor, report, and analyze all metrics;
  • Migrate all communications to a CRM system;
  • Expand and optimize the team;
  • Negotiate and close deals with key partners.

 

What hard skills do you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the gambling/betting industry;
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ people;
  • Strong understanding of key metrics, software, and market trends;
  • An established network of partners in relevant verticals;
  • Proficiency in working with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and trackers;
  • English proficiency: Intermediate (B2) or higher;
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
