The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the iGaming industry, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.
What you need to do:
- Analyze and restructure an existing division;
- Audit and optimize the partner base;
- Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy;
- Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) according to the new strategy;
- Monitor, report, and analyze all metrics;
- Migrate all communications to a CRM system;
- Expand and optimize the team;
- Negotiate and close deals with key partners.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in the gambling/betting industry;
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people;
- Strong understanding of key metrics, software, and market trends;
- An established network of partners in relevant verticals;
- Proficiency in working with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and trackers;
- English proficiency: Intermediate (B2) or higher;
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
