Affiliate Manager (with streamers)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager (with Streamers) to join our team and drive our partnerships. If you have experience working with streamers, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and a passion for iGaming, this role is for you!
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates (streamers) to promote our brands.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand streamer affiliate network across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.
• Negotiate and structure partnership deals, ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, campaign support, and performance insights.
• Track and analyze key metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our affiliate strategy.
   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
• Ability to thrive in high-workload, multitasking environments.
• Desire to continuously develop and enhance affiliate marketing expertise.
