Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationships Manager at LinkMatch. The role involves customer onboarding, product demos and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Relationships Manager will also be responsible for maximizing customer engagement and retention through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

The role involves a lot of calls so fluent verbal English is a must.

 

Qualifications

Fluent English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to analyze customer feedback and data
Knowledge of CRM software and tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in sales or marketing is a plus

 

Compensation consists of a base salary (800 USD) + bonuses for successful customer onboarding which is accumulative and is the most significant part of the compensation package.
