Hey 👋, I’m Roma, co-founder of UM, a Shopify growth agency that helps e-commerce brands scale with data-based performance marketing, customer retention, and high-converting creative solutions. 

 

We work with worldwide Shopify stores making $100k–$300k/month in revenue, managing daily ad budgets from $100 to $1,000+.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Middle Media Buyer / PPC Specialist to join our team.

About the role:

You’ll work closely with our Head of PPC and Middle+ Specialists to break even and scale Shopify brands using digital marketing tools.

• Salary starts at $1,500/month during the adaptation period, then switches to a revenue share model based on the projects you manage (avg. $1,500 - $3,000).

Who we’re looking for:

• At least one year of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands, especially on Shopify. You think in terms of BE ROAS, CAC, and LTV, not just CTR.
• Strong skills in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting.
• You can communicate clearly in English (written + spoken) and confidently explain your decisions and results.
• A data-first mindset. You see patterns, understand cause-and-effect relationships, and make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
• You’re a team player, ready to learn from others, share your knowledge, and grow with the company.

 

Growth path:

This is not a dead-end execution job. If you perform well, you'll grow into a Senior Media Buyer, lead new accounts, or even build your own sub-team. We grow fast and love promoting from within.
