We’re on the hunt for a superstar — someone with passion and ready to build and lead our new retention strategy department from the ground up.

We’re NOT just looking for specialist who knows how to set up email campaigns — we need growth hackers who know how to scale e-commerce businesses and will share our company values. If that sounds like you, keep reading!

About the role:

You’ll work closely with our acquisition team (including a team lead and middle media buyers) to develop and execute retention strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients.

What we offer:

Who we’re looking for:

• Expert in Klaviyo and familiar with Shopify.
• Proven experience in developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of data analytics tools.
• Aesthetic sense for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for e-commerce audiences.
• A strong e-commerce background, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports.
• A data-driven mindset — you see patterns, understand cause-and-effect, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Middle Media Buyer / PPC Specialist to join our team.

You’ll work closely with our Head of PPC and Middle+ Specialists to break even and scale Shopify brands using digital marketing tools.

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills — you understand Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools.
• E-commerce experience, especially with Shopify.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports.
• A data-driven mindset — you see patterns, understand cause-and-effect, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
