Great news! We are looking for a Middle-Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join an exciting AI-driven startup!

🚀 About the project:
This is a fast-growing product company developing an AI-powered survey platform. The system generates dynamic, chatbot-style questionnaires that adapt in real time based on user responses. Your mission will be to improve product usability, design new features, and conduct UX research to enhance the overall user experience.
This role is perfect for a creative, research-driven designer who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about AI-driven UX solutions.
📍 Important: This position requires working within MST time zone (UTC-7).

⚫️ Functions and Responsibilities:

🐾 Conduct UX research to identify user needs and optimize the survey experience.
🐾 Improve usability and visual design of AI-generated chat-based surveys.
🐾 Design new features and workflows based on user insights.
🐾 Develop wireframes, UI kits, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
🐾 Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
🐾 Participate in user testing and iterating based on feedback.

⚫️ Requirements:

🐾 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS or AI-driven products.
🐾 Strong UX research skills, including conducting interviews and usability tests.
🐾 Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
🐾 Basic understanding of AI-driven user interactions.
🐾 Fluent English (B2+), excellent communication skills.
🐾 Ability to work in MST time zone (UTC-7).

⚫️ Nice to have:

🌟 Experience with motion design (After Effects).
🌟 Previous work on AI-powered or conversational interfaces.
🌟 Experience in chatbot interfaces, conversational UI, or interactive workflows is a big plus.
