CTO / Architect (ERP Greenfield Project) Offline

SPHERAX LTD develops and implements new generation consolidated accounting systems that allow you to manage all business processes according to the rules set by the client and the external environment.

We are launching a new generation Greenfield ERP system, which will be created from scratch using modern technologies and architectural approaches. This is a unique opportunity to develop an innovative platform without the limitations of old solutions.

As a CTO, you will be responsible for:
● Defining the technical vision and technical architecture in accordance with the logic of the given task;
● Participation and control in building product code, consolidating individual parts of the code;
● Selection of a technological stack, tools and development methodologies;
● Research and implementation of new technologies to maintain a competitive advantage;
● Research and testing of new technologies (AI, IoT, Quantum Computing, etc.);
● Building a technical strategy and long-term product development plan;
● Code quality control, CI/CD implementation, code review, testing;
● Team building, determining the necessary skills and number of specialists needed to implement the product development plan;
● Implementation of the principles of security, reliability and scalability of the system;
● Project and risk management.

Requirements:
● Experience in managing development teams and building engineering cultures;
● Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty, make strategic decisions;
● Ability to transform requirements into technical solutions and system design;
● Experience in building software products for 3 years or more (Java, .NET, C++ or similar programming languages);
● Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and building SaaS services;
● Experience in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, API, containerization;
● Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring and process automation;

Will be a plus:
● Experience in building ERP systems or other corporate platforms;
● Understanding of financial, logistical and production processes in business;
● Experience in integration with other corporate systems (CRM, BI, accounting systems);
● Portfolio of successfully completed projects;
● Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions.
