About the Company:
The IT division of ATOMIC-SHOP was launched as a separate product based on a group of companies specializing in selling auto tuning parts. We develop solutions in Shopify, ERP, CRM, and Zoho and plan to launch new projects. Our clients are based in Ukraine, Dubai, and the USA, and the list is constantly growing.
 

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Project Manager who will help structure existing projects, streamline processes, scale the IT division, coordinate new initiatives, and ensure efficient execution of diverse projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Structuring and managing ongoing projects
🔹 Planning, organizing team workflows, and tracking task execution
🔹 Workload distribution, resource management
🔹 Monitoring deadlines, quality, and budget compliance
🔹 Interacting with stakeholders, aligning requirements, and ensuring their execution
🔹 Managing projects in Zoho Project (experience with Zoho is preferred)
🔹 Launching new initiatives in Shopify, Zoho, CRM, ERP, and integrations
 

What We Expect:
✅ Experience in IT project management (CRM, ERP, e-commerce)
✅ Experience working with Zoho Project is a strong advantage
✅ English – B2+ for communication with international clients
✅ Ukrainian/Russian for internal team collaboration
✅ Experience in Shopify, Zoho, Digital Design, integrations, or data parsing is a plus
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
 

Work Conditions:
📍 Remote work (5/2 schedule, result-oriented approach with strict deadlines)
📍 Team communication – Kyiv time zone
📍 Direct collaboration with the manager – EDT time zone (Florida, USA)
📍 Client communication – Europe, UAE, USA time zones
📍 Trial period: 1-2 months
