Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher / Customer Support / Sales Offline

Hi there! 👋 We’re USKO Expedite, a U.S.-based logistics company growing rapidly in the North American transportation market. 

We have offices in Warsaw, Odesa, and Varna, and now we’re planning to open a new office in Lisbon — and we’re looking for our first Lisbon-based team members to join us on this exciting journey!

Your responsibilities:

• Handle and track incoming transportation requests in the U.S. market
• Communicate with drivers and brokers to clarify shipment details
• Monitor shipments in transit and keep everyone updated
• Assist in resolving unexpected issues or delays during transit
• Work with our internal logistics systems and CRM system
• Make sure deliveries run smoothly and clients stay happy

Our requirements:

• Great communication and organizational skills
• Responsible and proactive attitude
• Confident English (B2+), written & spoken
• Basic tech skills (MS Office or Google Suite experience is a plus)
• Previous experience in U.S. logistics or work with U.S based companies is great advantage — but not required!
