Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Zoot, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative financial automation solutions. By leading projects from initiation to deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality-driven execution, you will support Zoot’s mission to provide cutting-edge, cloud-based financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading project initiation (organize kick-off meeting, requirements gathering, communication planning, expectation management, etc.).
• Driving and leading multiple projects in parallel.
• Creating and maintaining project plans (PMBOK best practices preferable).
• Following change management protocols while actively identifying and addressing risks and issues for Zoot and its customers.
• Leading project estimation and timeline planning.
• Managing and coordinating an international team throughout project execution.
• Ensuring smooth release, documentation and quality management.
• Overseeing project-related communications and ensuring stakeholders receive timely and transparent updates.
• Supporting go-live activities and ensuring successful project deployment.
• Adapting and applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies, based on project needs.

Profile

• 3+ years of working experience in project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to push projects and teams toward success.
• IT-related degree, computer science degree or comparable education is preferred.
• Advanced English with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC process.
• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 for documentation, collaboration and analysis.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Flexible and eager to learn, adapting to new challenges and environments.
• Software Development or QA experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the financial services and SaaS-based environments is preferred.
• PMP certification or any industry-recognised certification is a plus.
